Inkdrop’s New User Forum is Now Open

I’m so excited to announce that newly created user forum is now open.

I appreciate your bug reports and feature requests very much because it would’ve not been possible to get Inkdrop offering as solid and stable as it is now without your help and support. But previous user forum running on GitHub had some problems such as no voting system and no place to help each other. So I would like to move on our forum to the next level.

Let me introduce what’s different in the new forum.

Badges that represent your reputations

On this forum, you can get badges that represent how you are doing well for the Inkdrop community.

There wasn’t any place to help how to use Inkdrop except the user manual.
The manual covers the basic usage of Inkdrop though some people may still confuse how to use it. It would be nice place to provide supports to such users. You will earn badges from the forum if you assisted newbies :) As you contribute more, you will get the trust level up which allows you to edit topics and increases daily like limit.

I wrote credits about your contributions in the release notes and that was the only way to represent them to public. Now you will also earn badges when your idea got built into the app.

Lounge, the place to talk about anything

We have a bond with love of Markdown. We use Markdown to take notes regarding our daily works. But not only Markdown, we are familiar with other tips to gain more productivity. Inkdrop forum would like to be a place where people could have conversations to share tips, something like:

• Tech Find of the Day
• BGM for Busy Work🎧
